EquiVenture Stable is a small, privately owned boarding stable located approximately four miles west of Bloomington, Illinois.
We opened our facility in June 2003. Our focus is providing quality horse care as we maintain a clean environment for both horse and owner. With 18 stalls, and a full time employee, we are able to give individual attention to each horse.
Our main buildings consist of a ten stall barn, a 60’x120’ indoor riding arena, lounge, two restrooms, a wash area, and tack room. The indoor arena is well lighted and has a stirrup rail around the parameter. The footing is a sand and wood shavings mixture. The arena footing is watered as needed to reduce dust.
The stalls in our north barn are 10’x14’ with rubber mats. The stalls in our south barn are 9’x12’. Stalls are cleaned daily, and water buckets are washed regularly. Each stall is provided with a fan during summer months, and a heated water bucket during the winter. The lounge is a viewing room to the indoor arena, and is heated and air conditioned with a refrigerator and microwave available for use. The two restrooms, tack room, and wash area are also heated. |
